Can I set up automatic Twitter posts?

  I would like to know if there is an option to have an automatic Twitter Post go out when I publish a new post. For example, if I publish a post about a Sealy Mattress is there some way for a Tweet under my Twitter account to go out saying “Sealy Mattresses” with a link to the new post or is this something I will need to do manually?
