Can I set up Free Shipping when using Woo USPS shipping

    Hi, I use WooCommerce shipping & tax plugin and WooCommerce USPS shipping plugin. I want to make one product free shipping. I’ve tried all the steps, but it is not working. Perhaps it is not compatible? Thanks, Suzanne
