Can I set up my blog so that all posts but newest show in summary form?

  I’m trying to fix the appearance of my blog so that only the latest post shows in full. Is there a way to do that? Do I need to limit the front page to one blog post in order for that to work?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
