Can I set up separate domain names for each blog?

  I would like to manage several blogs and have separate domain names for each one. Is this possible.

  I also have a question about how to have my blog posts automatically post to either my FB profile or to separate FB pages. Is this possible? If yes, how do I do it? Thank you.

  You can add as many domains as you would like to each blog via the Upgrades -> Domains section of the blog’s Dashboard.

  Unfortunately, at this time Publicize can only post to your Facebook profile wall.
