Can I show children OR siblings based on the level of the current page?

  I’d like to use one script to display my pages. If I’m on the first level, I want to display all of its children. If I’m on one of the child pages, I want to display all siblings.

  So, for example, if my hierarchy is:
  Fruit
  – Apple
  – Banana
  – Grape

  I want to always show Apple, Banana, Grape whether I’m on one of those pages or if I’m on the ‘Fruit’ page.
