Can I speak with someone from support on the phone?

Is there someone I could speak with on the phone? I’m confused about pricing and capability.

Hi there, WPcom does not provide phone support. All communications are in writing either in this public forum for free websites or by LiveChat or email for WPcom sites that have an upgrade plan.
The pricing page https://wordpress.com/pricing/ gives an outline of each plan’s features and you can find a fuller description at https://en.support.wordpress.com/plan-features/
Additionally, all WPcom upgrade plans are paid for the full year (or two) at checkout and are automatically renewed with the payment method on record unless you opt out. Monthly payments are not available at this time.
In case you decide that the upgrade plan you purchased doesn’t meet your needs, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund on everything but custom domain registration, which needs to be cancelled within 96 hours of registration to be eligible. Here’s more about that:
