Can I speak with someone in customer service?

I have a developed URL that needs to be cleaned up and I have no idea how to get to it. its simplyrippy.com
yet when I sign on it takes me to the below URL that is a shell. Somehow I bypassed the ‘wordpress’ middle but it was so many years ago I cant recall how.
Can you get me in to admin the correct site?

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins (passwords), features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
