Can I still move old blogs from Live-Spaces to WordPress?

I just know that Windows Live Space no longer online…
My old blogs was gone…
Can I still move these blog to WordPress… or its too late :(I can’t find menu for blog migration with Live Space…

Sorry, it is too late. As I understand it, all the live spaces stuff has been deleted from the MS servers and cannot be accessed or retrieved. I met similar question.
I contacted Live’s support and they gave me the backup of my old blogs in zip file.
Then, how can I upload it to wordpress?

You can’t upload it. You’ll have to copy and paste it manually. It’s too late to automatically migrate the content to WordPress.com.
