Can I still transfer my domain after cancelling the plan?

  Hi, So I decide not to use wordpress web builder anymore and want to get refunded for my plan. But I want to transfer my domain to some other builders after 60 days. Can I do that?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  Yes, as long as you don’t cancel the domain, you will be able to continue using it and transfer the registration after 60 days. You can cancel just the plan and get a partial refund. Only the price of the domain registration will be kept if you cancel just the plan.
