  Can I submit my blog to Bing, Google, Liquida, Zimbio, etc.?

  I don’t see why not. As long as your blog is public, it will be indexed by those services.

  Specifically, there are instructions in the Tools section of your blog’s Dashboard for joining Bing and Google’s Webmaster Tools.
