Can i switch existing blog names?

    I just created two blogs buut i got the names a bit mixed up. They are swiftweb.wordpress.com and pscentrekenya.wordpress.com …. But I started posting the wrong information on the, i.e, swiftweb on pscentrekenya and vice versa! Is there any way I can switch the two permalinks so that they are relevant to the content?
    Any help will be much appreciated !

    You can export the Posts from the wrong site and import them into the correct site – but since you have two Posts – just easier to copy them and Paste into the correct blog – probably best to copy and paste while in the Text Editor option – then after things are fixed – set the wrong Posts back to Draft just in case – and away you go
