Can I switch the domain on my site without paying again?

Hi, I used to have my WordPress.com site mapped to victoryassisting.com (and paid for it). I’d like to build a different site with WordPress and map it instead to torizopf.com (which I already own). Is there a way to do this without paying again?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I can do that for you. However, your Mapping upgrade expiration date with the new site will remain the same as your current site, 2014-08-01.
Let me know what the new WordPress.com site URL is that you would like to have torizopf.com mapped to.

The same date is fine! I need to have http://www.torizopf.com (registered with Namecheap) mapped to torizopf.wordpress.com.

Thanks for the confirmation! Please update the nameservers of the domain: torizopf.com. It looks like your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers yet:
Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:
- NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
