Can I take out the word PRIVATE from a page?
-
I have published one of my pages using the private setting and was wondering how I can take away the word ‘Private’ you can see next to my Title line.
Here is an example– say my title is Inspire Me Thursday. This is what the page would look like:
PRIVATE: Inspire Me Thursday
I would rather it didn’t say the word private. What can I do?
Thanks!

If a post is Private, then the title will be prefixed by “Private” to remind you of this fact since you can see that post but your readers can’t.
If your readers should see that post, then it probably don’t need to be private :)

What if I want to send the link to one of my posts to only my subscribed readers? I just think the word PRIVATE is not necessary. Maybe a little flag or something.
Thanks,

Unfortunately, it can’t be removed, but we’ll look into alternatives for use in the future.
