Can I take screenshots of wordpress?

i am a teacher and I would like to set up a simple blog for my students on how to use wordpress and start blogging. I want to take some screenshots of the dashboard. Is it okay if I take screenshorts for this purpose?

Actually Jing sets you up with a free hosting account through Screencast.com.

Hello. Regarding Jing and Screencast, is there a way to put the actual video file onto the blog where it will appear as it appears when the video is accessed through the jing/screencast link?
I am trying to put some videos on my blog using Jing, but they either appear too small (since they are screen shot videos, when they are too small no one can see what is going on) or when you select full screen, the video is too blurry and it is unreadable. I have figured out how to post a link to the video, but then the person has to jump from window to window and that seems cumbersome.
