  I would like to develop a website through wordpress.com and then when it is edited edited and edited some more, publish it. Is that a possibility? I already own my domain but am not satisfied with the way it is designed. How do I go about designing it but not allow it to be published?

  My advice to you would be to make the website private, until you’re ready to launch it publicly.
