Can I talk to someone about premium themes?

I’m considering changing themes. Is there a theme whose view divides blogs into categories? I’m wondering if an upgrade to premium is necessary? Are the prices on premium themes yearly or one-time? I’d like to be able to embed tweets, you tube vides, etc.

You could simply create a Custom Menu where each item represents all the posts assigned to a particular Category:
Are the prices on premium themes yearly or one-time?
A Premium Theme is a one-time purchase.
