Can I talk to someone before setting up a site?

I’m looking to switch several websites to WordPress and want to ask some questions first. I have set up a blog, but have several sites I’m considering switching.
I’m not feeling inclined to switch though if it is this hard to contact customer service for answers.

Hi there-the level of Customer Service really depends on whether you stick with a free site or purchase either the Premium or Business bundle.
