Can I talk to someone ON THE PHONE please? I need help.

    I purchased Yoast SEO for WordPress Premium plugin an cannot upload it. I spend 4 hours yesterday and 2 hours today. Some nice people did help on the chat but I am still stuck.
    I downloaded the file An try to upload it through WP ‘upload plugin’ and it says The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature or
    The webpage at https://.com/wp-admin/update.php?action=upload-plugin might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. I am tired of trying things and no progress. I want to use the new Yoast premium. Please help my # is [redacted] I also have team viewer installed on my PC. Just in case.

    You haven’t provided a link to the site you need help with so we cannot see where your site is hosted.

    Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of WordPressdotcom hosted sites. Standalone WordPress (org) and WordPressdotcom (where we are ) are different entities with separate documentation and support forums; more information about the differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    If you need help with a paid WP plugin, you should be able to receive support directly from the plugin author or, if not, you can post at the plugin’s forum on ORG where they likely have more experience with the type of issue you are having. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on that page. I also suggest first searching the forums there for a similar issue before posting.
