  Wordpress.com doesn’t have phone support. All info regarding the paid plans is at https://en.support.wordpress.com/plan-features/

  Thanks for your response. At least I know what kind of company they are. I would not be comfortable dealing with a company who feels the customers arent worth their time. good luck

  Different plans offered different avenues for getting help. If you are using the free plan, then this community forum is where you come to post your queries. If you have upgraded to paid plans, the Live Chat support will be available for you to use.

  WordPress does not have phone support as there are screen shots included in their support documents for the user to see and follow when customising their site or editing the settings of their site.
