Can i trade my premium theme?

  Hi,

  I’ve cancelled my ‘on demand’ theme few hours ago. Instead of refunding me, is it possible for me to trade for the’ debut’ premium theme instead?

  If you cancelled it already, presumably the refund is already in progress. You can just purchase the other theme when the refund has gone through.

  I don’t believe there is any mechanism in place to do trading. You have to cancel and then buy the other one.
