Can I transfer a VideoPress upgrade from one blog to another?

  I recently purchased a VideoPress upgrade for one blog I administer. I’m looking to discontinue that blog and, instead, transfer that upgrade to another WordPress.com blog I administer. Is this possible without incurring a fee? If so, what is the process for doing this?

  The upgrade can’t be transfered, but if you’re within 30 days of purchase, we can cancel and refund it.

  This is within 30 days of purchase — my purchase was made on Nov. 2. How do I go about receiving a refund?

  Your VideoPress upgrade is part of your Value Bundle.

  I’d need to cancel and refund the whole bundle, including your godvotesno.com domain mapping.

  Is that okay?
