Can I transfer attributes between accounts/blogs

  This is more of a question than a problem. I currently have two accounts/blog pages, one of which has been upgraded to include audio and video multi-media. I am going to delete that account and was wondering if I could transfer the upgrade to the remaining account. Please advise, thanks.

  Upgrades cannot be transfered between blogs, but if you purchased them less than 30 days ago, I can issue a full refund.
