Can I transfer my domain name?

    My domain name I purchased from Namecheap is Pleroma.press, which I currently use on Weebly.com. I’d like to build a WordPress site and upgrade to the WordPress paid plan and then transfer pleroma.press from Weebly to WordPress. How would I go about doing that?
