Can I transfer my domain name in wordpress.com to .org?

My business website is on .com but I can’t really optimise it unless I goto .org – I have paid for having my own domain name and would like to know if it’s possible to transfer it to .org

Yes, you can go on and transfer your WordPress.com to .org.

have just spoken with an adviser from ground site and he said I don’t even have to register with .org, I can do the transfer once I’ve subscribed to ground site. Thanks for your support Stefani and have a nice day!
