Can I transfer my premium template to wordpress.org?

I set up 4 blogs under my (email visible only to moderators and staff) account and bought the CSS customizer for $30.00 and 4 woo themed templates for $45.00 each. It then dawned on me that all of this original content I will be posting will not benefit the websites they are representing as the are not hosted under my domains. Am I wrong? If It will I will keep everything they way I set it up originally. I tried setting up the first blog on my server but I can’t export the template I paid for. Is there a way to do that? If not can I get a refund. As you can see by my account I haven’t used any of the blogs yet. Please advise.

No because the two run on different software. Please see what it states here.
