Can I transfer one of my blogs to another user?

  Hello All,

  I have created several blogs including one for a friend. I now want to liberate the one I created for a friend and give it its own email and password so he can take it over. Can I do that? If so, how?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Basically create another account with the email then transfer the blog to the new user.
