Can I transfer the responsibility of upgrades to another user?

  I (pottingshed) helped set up a WordPress.com site for someone I work with (leanuni). We are both admins on the site.

  We bought a couple of upgrades (domain mapping and custom design) which were purchased using their credit card details while logged into my pottingshed account.

  Responsibility for paying for the upgrade renewals lies with leanuni and not me (pottingshed). However, when I they log in to the “My Upgrades” screen on leanuni.wordpress.com they cannot see the “Renew Now” button.

  Is it possible for you to transfer the responsibility of upgrades to another admin on a site, or indeed to make it available to any admin user?
