can i turn a category or a post into a page?

  as you can see on my blog, i have one post OTTO in the category OTTO VERSAND KATALOG and one pages in the category JOHN WILLIE FAN CLUB.
  i would like the OTTO post to be a page in the category JOHN WILLIE FAN CLUB. is that do-able without having to start all over again?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There meas of doing this this but it’s a simple copy and paste and then delete job.

  I meant to say: There is no automatic means of doing this. It’s a simple copy and paste and delete job.
