Can I turn off the toolbar at the top of my blog?

  You know the one… the ghastly corpse gray WordPress toolbar which appears over my blog.

  It’s wrecking my beautiful theme!

  Only people that are signed into wordpress.com will see it meaning that if your readers aren’t members here they won’t see it!
