    At WordPress.com, the users aren’t allowed to access FTP or any PHP code from the website. You can only add Custom CSS if you have at least a Premium Plan.

    To maintain a secure environment, WordPress.com takes care of everything. You don’t need to worry about the latest PHP versions and other things.
