Can I upgrade my blog from Free to Personal or Premium Account.

  Hello,

  I am just gonna begin blogging from WordPress, I am confused at moment to go for paid services. As to begin I want to start with free services and later want to upgrade to Personal or Premium Services of WordPress. Kindly help if its possible and what will happen of all my content.
