Can I upgrade to wordpress.com premium?

  I have a wordpress.com site with 3 upgrades – custom design, no ads, and domain name. I would like to upgrade to wordpress.com premium plan in order to get videopress, space upgrade etc at a good price. How do I do this upgrade?

  You can purchase the Premium plan in the Store:

  WordPress.com Plans [Redirects to Plans]

  Once you purchase it, your domain will be renewed and your Custom Design and No Ads upgrades will be bundled with the plan.
