Can I upload a typeface I design into a post so can be downloaded

  I am designing a typeface and would like to make it free and available for others to download from my blog. The filetype would be something like (.otf)(.ttf)
  Can I do this in wordpress.com or wordpress.org or would I have to host the file somewhere else and offer a link to the external site?
