Can I upload my plugin if on a personal plan.
-
I’m WordPress but just realise I can’t upload a plugin I purchased. Sincerely I can’t depend on the default samples. Since I need a new reporting page which I have gotten a plugin for.
Any clarification will help. Thanks
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You’ll need to puchase web hosting in order o install the plugin.
wordpress.com does not allow plugins to be installed.

Are we not saying the same thing?
I’m on a free plan, and want to be sure if I purchase the Premium plan which is he personal plan. My question is will I be able to upload my plugins. Or is the plan not the hosting its self? Or is it just the domain that is $2.99. ?
I don’t understand.

No, wordpress doesn’t allow you to upload plugins. Free, premium, whatever.
You’ll need to get proper hosting, with a proper hosting company, like bluehost, hostgator, etc. and install WordPress there.
This way, you have control over the blogs files, and you own it, not wordpress.com. You’ll then be able to upload th plugin.
