Can I use 1 API for 2 blogs? (same user)

    Hi all,

    I created a site using wordpress on my own domain last year (it is not a .wordpress.com). I had no i idea i had to register anything for an API, but I just updated to 2.6 and wanted to use akismet. So i’ve registered, have a brand new second blog at wordpress.com and a my first API.

    Can I use that API for my original WP site as well?
    Or do I need to obtain one especially for it, that is not associated with a .wordpress.com blog. ?

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    On this it would be best to contact support. I don’t think they will have a problem with you using it on a couple blogs, but they probably would if you tried to use it on a lot of blogs.
