Can i use a free wordpress.org theme in wordpress.com?

  Ive have a free theme downloaded from wordpress.org but it doesnt come up in the wordpress.com search bar.

  Is there a way I can use this one at all?

  You can upload third party themes on WordPress.com, here is some useful information

  But there are lot of themes which you can use here is the themes showcase

  Thankyou for the quick response.

  Do you mean can or can’t? sorry im a bit confused as the link you provided says that I can not unless im using wordpress.org?

  Hello there!
  Unfortunately, you cannot use it because users are not able to upload a third-party or custom theme to the WordPress.com.

  @4wdclub yes as @joamoino mentioned too, that WordPress.com does not have option to upload themes , but use its themes from its showcase and use Custom CSS for customizing them.
