Can I use a post title/body copy where the featured images go?

  Hi. I’m starting a new blog and I wanted to be able to incorporate the square images (featured images from posts) as well as some quotes. Is there any way I can make the quotes the fill up the featured image space or would I have to physically create an image of the text and then use it as a featured image?

  If you want a quote to take up the Featured Image location, you would have to make the quote into an image and upload that there.
