Can I use a wordpress theme if I have my website hosted by GoDaddy?

  You cannot use any theme designed and licensed to run of free hosted WordPress.com software on any blog except a free hosted WordPress.com blog.

  To determine if there is a version of a WordPress.COM theme you like that is designed to run on WordPress.ORG software contact the theme designer directly.

  You can install WordPress on a site hosted by GoDaddy, and then install a free theme from http://wordpress.org/themes/
