Can I use Business Directory plugin with the free blog?

  I downloaded the Business Directory Plugin, but I do not see the “plugin” location to choose “add new” on my dashboard. Do I have to have the paid account for it to work?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase here that provides FTP access and the ability to install plugins and or any third party themes. If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. WordPress.com and WordPress.ORG have different logins.
