can I use css to change the colours in my blog?

    I am using the blix design in my blog and although it looks great I would rather that the tabs at the top of the home page were yellow and the headings in the tabs and on all the other pages were dark red (at the moments they are green and blue)
    I am happy to upgrade to css but I have no idea what I need to type in to make these changes. I have tried reading a bit about css but at the moment I don’t even understand the introductions.

    Don’t buy the upgrade until you are thoroughly comfortable with CSS. It’s not terribly difficult, but there’s essentially no support for it in the forums and none from staff. Read the resources recommended in the FAQ and practice using the free Preview and when you are able to do what you want in the Preview, then buy the upgrade.

    It’s actually really easy it took me only 2 days to learn the basics, considering the fact that I basically didn’t sleep or leave the house for the most part.
