Can I use Garage Band to podcast here?

  I have been bumping around here and I cannot find the info I need on podcasting. I currently record the podcasts on Garage Band because I am using I-web to build the site and am using my .mac space to host. I want to move everything over to here but still want to be able to use Garage Band for the podcasts. Does anyone know if it is possible to do so and if so, how to do it?

  Not if you have a WordPress.com blog. We have very limited embed options here, because of security issues with the way the multi-user blogs are set up.
  Garage Band is not one of the supported formats:

  Music, videos and podcasts

  Unless you export your podcast as an .mp3 from GarageBand. That is OK, just needs to be in that format ;)
