Can I use Google AdSense in my blog to generate revenue?

  I’d like to start a blog using the resonar theme. Can I insert Google AdSense ads in my blog? Do I need a particular WordPress plan (free v. premium, for example) to do so?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Google AdSense is not allowed on WordPress.com, regardless of plan. This support doc goes into more depth on WP.com’s advertising policy:
