Can I use Headliners? And what about pages?

  I use Twenty Ten as my theme and want to know if I can have a headline for each topic with it’s own featured image, instead of having a massively long front page with each topic in full without upgrading to a premium package.

  As my front page is getting quite long, will this create or add another page automatically, pushing the initial page to the back like a forum page would?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No idea what the answer is (although i’m curious to know too) but hey, nice site. I’m not a Halo fan, but even i can see that it’s appealing and well laid out.

  Yes, of course you can. Use the More tag.

  And yes, it automatically will. Set the number of posts on the front page under Settings->Reading on your dashboard.
