Can I use Latex Code in comments?

  Our Maths blog would be very happy if one could… can’t seem to get it to work. Example of what I’m using:

  $latex (x – 33frac{1}{3})(x +35) latex$

  Do I need to wrap like that?

  close it with just $, i.e.

  $latex (x – 33frac{1}{3})(x +35)$

  oh, i don’t know any way to make latex work in comments; but your original closing latex$ is not what you want in posts.

  perhaps ask people to write the latex in comments even though it isn’t translated, then have the blog owner collect them and display them in a post.
