Can I use my custom banner?

  I want my etsy.com banner to run across my wordpress website.
  Then I need buttons for contact, bio, etc. under the banner.
  What theme do I select for that? Do I need to pay for that?

  You won’t be able to use banner ads, even for your own services, here. You can put an etsy widget in the sidebar, but you can’t use actual banner ad code here.

  The code you can get from Etsy isn’t directly allowed in WordPress.com blogs. But you can convert it into a different, allowed, code. Here’s a link > Adding an Etsy widget
