can I use one email address for multiple blogs

I have created a second blog and seem to have lost access to my first blog. As I used the same email address, I am wondering whether my first blog was cancelled? I cannot log into it and I cannot find the activation URL to retrieve my account. Needless to say, I have been going around in circles. Can I organise a chat with any support team member?

First, we need to distinguish between sites and accounts.
emmaandlouiseuk is your username for this account. Each account must be connected with a unique email address, i.e. you can’t use the same email for more than one account.
In your account you can have as many sites as you want. This account only owns one site, https://emmaandlouisecom.wordpress.com/
So, if you have another site, that site belongs to a different username account with a different email address. If you can tell me the address of the other site, I can help you find out what username you used for it, and then you can use that to try and reset the password.

Thank you for getting back to me so promptly.
The URL for the other site is flourishfamilyhub.wordpress.com. I cannot remember the username for it because I changed it 6 months ago and did not write it down… It used to be heleneandyasmina.

The username for that site is yasminabona. I cannot tell you the email address, but if you use that username on the password reset form a reset link will be sent to the email associated with that account.

If you don’t have access to the email address in question, and don’t have the activation email any more, we won’t be able to help you regain access to the account.
