Can I use one premium theme on two blogs?

I want to buy a premium theme, Elemin, and then use it on both of my blogs. Is that possible? Thanks…

Premium themes can only apply to a single WordPress.com site. Themes can be transferred between sites, but cannot be used on two sites at the same time.
