Can I use PayPal or another method to pay the $99? My bank claims your site is too risky

  Need help paying the $99 yearly fee for new domain etc. My bank’s Visa debit card has been declined several times with the reason given that your site is too risky and that I should try PayPal or another means of payment, Help ! [Private details redacted]

  Yes, you can use paypal. No, you should not ever put your phone number in a public forum.
