Can I use pluggins with blue host ?

Hi
I have a website that is host at a friend’s server. I have made it in two languages, can add pluggins, etc.Now for another activity I need to start a complete different website. My friend cannot host the site anymore, so now I’ll need to pay a host myself I think. I saw that the easiest would be to host the website on bluehost for around 2.95 dollars per month.
My question is, with that price, hosting on bluehost, will I be able to create the same kind of website as mine, blingual, using pluggins, ccs code and such ? the website I am talking about is http://www.alhost.ch (hosted for free in a private server) I would like to create the same kind of website. Thanks a lot for your help I have problems figuring out

If you are managing your own copy of WordPress, you will procure the hosting and take care of updates and troubleshooting on your own (or using the WordPress.org community forums, which are over here). It’s basically free, DIY software. I’m sure Bluehost doesn’t have a problem with you adding plugins so long as they’re compatible with their services and secure, but you might double check with them with any further questions you have.
You could also host the site here with us. We charge more for hosting outside plugins, but that’s because we manage and support the installation for you. Here’s the difference:

I have a WordPress.org site hosted by Bluehost using the Basic plan 2.95 dollars per month, and Yes, you can customize your site with CSS and install pluggins, but not all the pluggins are free.
Which pluggins are you interested in?

Hey!Thanks a lot for your response !!! I will delete this website and start over anyway so no need to migrate.But so if I host with bluehost it will be the same than my other website, http://www.alhost.ch, right ? I mean it is also self hosted as a friend host it, so it will be possible to do the same type of website ? yes I only used free pluggins for this alhost website, find for me.
