Can I use plugins on a blog hosted on wordpress.com?

  I just created my blog hosted on wordpress.com.
  I would like to test some plugins. Is that possible within wordpress.com, or do I have to create my own site on my own server?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
